The following is a general outline of our specialized house cleaning and housekeeping process. Though we have developed this system based on what our clients tell us they love, we still offer a fully customizable service because we are committed to understanding your needs by developing a personal relationship with you.
Maintenance Cleaning Specifics:
Our maintenance cleaning system is guaranteed to keep your home clean just the way you like it. This includes all of the things you expect in a housekeeping service and more:
- Living & Bedrooms – Dusting surfaces, furniture, and most other items (unless listed in detail clean); straightening pillows and blankets; vacuuming and/or mopping floors (under furniture and bed as needed).
- Kitchen – Wiping counters, outside of appliances (including washer/dryer), inside of microwave and outside of trash can; scrubbing sink; spot checking cabinet doors; vacuuming and/or mopping floors; clean window behind sink.
- Bathrooms – Wiping counters, toilet (including inside of bowl and base of toilet); scrubbing sink, tub and shower; cleaning mirrors; spot checking cabinet doors; vacuuming and/or mopping floors.
- Closets – Vacuuming cleared areas.
- All Rooms – Wiping light switches and doors; vacuum upholstered furniture as needed; edge carpet as needed; dust/vacuum lamp shades as needed; gathering trash; changing linens on beds (upon request); cleaning glass on front and back door (inside and out).
Please Note: An initial detailed cleaning is sometimes required prior to subsequent maintenance cleanings in order to remedy a more heavily soiled home.
Detailed Cleaning Specifics:
Our detailed cleaning system is a great way to bring your home up to speed when it needs some extra attention. Also, many of our clients ask us to perform a detailed cleaning quarterly, biannually, or annually. In addition to a detailed cleaning of the items included in a regular maintenance cleaning, a detailed cleaning also includes:
- Cleaning baseboards.
- Vacuuming under larger rugs and edging carpets.
- Cleaning light fixtures & light bulbs (when visible).
- Dusting ceiling fans and air vents (air vents as needed).
- Dusting blinds / shutters.
- Cleaning other high objects such as picture frames, above doors, above cabinets, high cabinets, high window sills, & high ledges.
Please note: Our house cleaning teams are equipped with a 6 foot stepladder. If a larger ladder is required, we can arranged for one of our specialized teams with larger ladders to assist us (additional charge).
Move In / Move Out Cleaning:
Our move-in or move-out cleaning system is specific for vacant residences. It is our goal to get a house ready to become someone’s new home. In most cases, the items listed below will thoroughly cover all that is needed to accomplish that goal:

- Removing cobwebs from ceiling
