Help us give someone in need a complimentary pressure washing service.
Keeping up with exterior home maintenance isn’t always easy.
For someone who is older, living with a disability, going through a difficult season of life, or simply unable to take care of the work themselves, a little help can make a big difference. First Coast Home Pros has spent years helping homeowners throughout our community take care of their homes. This time, we want to put that experience to work for someone who may need a hand. That’s why we’re launching our Help a Neighbor initiative, a community nomination program that gives one local resident a professional exterior cleaning at no cost.
We’re asking our community to help us find someone who could truly use the help. The person you nominate does not need to be a First Coast Home Pros customer, and there’s nothing to buy. We simply want to use what we do every day to make life a little easier for one of our neighbors. If someone comes to mind, we’d love to hear their story.
Who Can You Nominate?
We encourage nominations for people who may have difficulty keeping up with exterior home maintenance on their own, including:
- Older adults
- People with disabilities or mobility limitations
- Individuals recovering from an illness, injury, or major life event
- Caregivers whose time and attention are focused on someone else
- Families experiencing financial or personal hardship
- Veterans or first responders facing challenging circumstances
- Neighbors who have spent years helping others and could use a little help themselves
- Anyone else whose circumstances make maintaining their home difficult
How It Works

Complete the nomination form below and share a little about the person you’re nominating and why an exterior cleaning would be meaningful to them.
Our team reviews the nominations.
First Coast Home Pros will review eligible submissions and select a recipient based on the information provided, the circumstances described, the needs of the property, and whether the requested work is a good fit for the services we can provide.
We take care of the cleaning.
If your nominee is selected, we’ll contact you and/or the nominee to coordinate the details, confirm the property and scope of work, and schedule their complimentary exterior cleaning.

Sharing the Good
First Coast Home Pros may photograph or record portions of the cleaning project, so we can share our work and encourage others to lend a hand in their communities.
The selected recipient does not have to appear on camera, have their name shared, or be publicly identified. If they prefer to remain anonymous, we can focus any photos or video on our team and the cleaning process instead.
Help Us Find a Neighbor Who Deserves a Hand
A nomination only takes a few minutes, and it could mean one less thing for your neighbor or loved one to worry about.
Program Terms
No purchase or payment is necessary to submit a nomination. The person submitting a nomination must be 18 years of age or older. The nominated property must be located within the current First Coast Home Pros service area and must be suitable for the exterior cleaning services offered through this initiative.
Submitting a nomination does not guarantee that the nominee will be selected. The recipient will not be chosen at random. First Coast Home Pros will select a recipient based on factors that may include the circumstances described in the nomination, demonstrated need, property condition, location, service feasibility, safety considerations, scheduling, and the type and scope of work First Coast Home Pros is able to provide.
The complimentary service and exact scope of work will be determined by First Coast Home Pros following an evaluation of the property. Certain surfaces, conditions, access limitations, repairs, specialty services, or other work may fall outside the scope of the project.
The selected recipient must provide permission for First Coast Home Pros to perform the service. If the recipient does not own the property, authorization from the property owner may also be required.
The complimentary service has no cash value, may not be exchanged for cash, and may not be transferred to another property or individual without approval from First Coast Home Pros.
First Coast Home Pros may contact the nominator, nominee, and/or property owner to verify information submitted with the nomination and coordinate the project.
Any photography or recording of the property, service process, First Coast Home Pros team, or recipient will be handled according to permissions obtained before publication.
