Jay and his team cleaned about 20 light fixtures and chandeliers for us. They took them apart, cleaned the crystals and bulbs, and left them sparkling. They are professional, courteous and clean. Highly recommend.

Scheduling this service was so easy. Fast courteous service at a great price. Received a call from them about 15 minutes prior to arrival for gutter cleaning. Met with me before starting and again when finished. They politely answered a few questions I had and left a clear trash bag by the mailbox with the debris they removed. Very happy and will have them return again.

Casey arrived on time with all the necessary tools. He was very familiar with our Samsung tv’s. We mounted a new one and another to a different room. He had recently installed a 65” tv in his own home so we were confident that he knew what he was doing. We were impressed at how methodical he was in scoping out what needed to be done. Very professional, courteous and good customer service personality. Would have him back again if needed.

I used them twice so far - grout and ac duct cleaning. I would post the before and after of the grout, but I'm sure the focus would turn to my old tile. So trust me it is amazing. Special thanks to the tech Mr. Palmer who ensured the job was done right!! - A1 company in my book. Whole house re-screen is next. I'll let you guys know how it turns out.

What a pleasant change of pace to deal with professionals throughout the process. From the first contact to the final handshake with Matt, everything was above expectations. Jody and Crystal did a great job cleaning my apartment when we moved out. The elevator broke and we had to move everything out 3 flights of stairs a couple days prior and wanted nothing to do with cleaning. The shower door had really bad hard water spots and they made it look brand new!! Highly recommend hiring First Coast Home Pros for any of your home cleaning needs!!

The team arrived early. They worked quickly but nearly. They bagged all the debris from my roof and gutters, placing it neatly but the curb. I am always pleased with First Coast Jome Pros!

First Coast Home Pros was very quick to respond to my initial message, and they had someone out for an estimate right away. Jody and Crystal came to do a total reset on our house. They went above and beyond, cleaning things I was not expecting. And both were great with our two dogs (who can get a little wound up with new people). Highly recommend.

We could not have had a better experience. When we called for a quote we had someone there literally less than 2 hours later. He took his time with the quote. We had a damaged sink and garbage disposal changed out. We barely paid above the quote with materials (pipes) and it was a phenomenal deal for phenomenal work! We would absolutely trust them with future projects. He took his time, was extremely intentional with the job. Everything was cleaned when he left. Thank you for such amazing customer service and process from beginning to end!

Had the crew clean my lanai screens that were starting to turn green from mold. They did a great job and cleaned up before they left. I'll use them again if the mold comes back.

The tile floors look like new! I couldn’t get over how the kitchen floor now looks like it’s a different, lighter color! The only drawback is that the guy was 45 minutes late. So that cost them a star.

When I moved to Amelia Island in 2014, I started using them, initially to give my new home a major cleaning before moving in. Since then, I have used their services for all kinds of cleaning and minor repairs. They always do an excellent job. They work in teams and always evaluate and estimate a job before doing the work. Their teams are well trained, thorough, professional and absolutely understand the importance of customer communication and service. The behind-the-scenes staff who coordinate jobs and train teams are really on the ball, responsive and nice to work with. The service isn't cheap, but it's consistent, highly reliable and absolutely excellent. I highly recommend First Coast Home Pros.

They did a great job on my patio screen repair and screen pressure wash

Two very nice young men came to do several jobs for me. Pressure washed my driveway, large patio, patio screened enclosure which was covered in pollen, concrete edging that's all around my house (flower beds) & cleaned leaves out of my gutter. They were very efficient. The screen was so really bad but they did a fantastic job cleaning it. Everything looked wonderful when they finished. I highly recommend First Coast Home Pros.
