We have used FCHP several times to take care of handyman and repair work that we either can’t do, don’t want to do, or know they can do a lot better than we can.  We’ll have a list and have them out for a half-day block. We try to have all the materials (paint, screws, hooks, whatever) so they don’t have to make a hardware store run. We have been pleased with the results each time.
